Currently, not all the state standards are completely accurate. This factor gives rise for many traffic lights, which seem to fit the standards, but in real life they become inconvenient, impractical and even dangerous, as they provoke violations.

A vivid example: state standards on traffic management were changed 5 years ago, during this period they became hopelessly outdated.

Before and after the changes the traffic lights functioned according to state standards. What has changed?

White and moon sections have been added, which allow pedestrians not to languish while waiting for a green signal, and drivers to give way and continue driving.
The situation with entering and exiting yards has been greatly alleviated, now there is extra time for this while the pedestrian phase works.
— There is a substitute phase: if there are no pedestrians, the exit from the yards is a short phase, not a long one.
— Synchronization of two neighboring traffic lights with the help of our top-level system «Conductor». During weekday rush hours, traffic will go in a «green wave» and pedestrian phases will work in a sync.
