Inductive loop vehicle detector technology

Inductive loop detector (ILD) technology for detecting vehicles using inductive loops embedded in the roadway.

Based on the world experience and the results of their own designs, the specialists of the SpetsDorProject company have developed:

— Intelligent controller "POTOK";

— ILD installation technology, taking into account the specific of the functioning of Russian roads. This technology allows you to make deep loops in order to avoid cutting off the detectors with asphalt and retaining 99.8% of vehicle detection

Up to date, the specialists of SpetsDorProject have introduced the technology of ILD transport at 465 traffic lights.

For 2 years of fucntioning, only 6 loops out of 1550 ILD have been damaged in the process of replacing the curb and asphalt pavement
