The DELTA system is its own development, primarily for the internal needs of SpetsDorProject. During her work, she proved her effectiveness in optimizing labor costs when performing work.

DELTA has been able to optimize processes such as:

The DELTA system today includes the following units and allows you to carry out the following functions in an automated mode, which previously required a large amount of personnel work:
  • Acts of acceptance/delivery for all divisions of the organization, including information about the object, photographs and the results of the work delivered
  • Control room - request analysis, distribution by teams and their closure (receipt of both internal requests and those from external information systems)
  • Employees database, with the help of which teams and shifts are formed, schedules and work plans are built
  • Objects database with the ability to adjust the object, view the current status, photos and a complete chronology of the actions on the object
  • An interactive map that displays information on the state of objects and the location of teams, which allows dispatchers to respond quickly and make optimal decisions. A heat map that allows you to visualize frequently visited objects has been implemented, which simplifies the process of further analysis
  • Statistics of completed work with the ability to quickly create the necessary reports
  • The warehouse system interacts with the 1C warehouse, allows you to track the availability of the required amount of tools and materials in the main warehouse, to promptly replenish stocks for the smooth fucntioning of the organization. It also allows you to constantly monitor the availability of the necessary consumables at the crews and promptly replenish thembefore leaving for the urban road network.
  • Procurement - an automated system of requests for the procurement of necessary materials and approval of requests within the organization
  • Transport - keeping accounting and maintenance of corporate vehicles. Service is carried out at the request of employees and during routine checks
  • Regulatory papers - automated creation of waybills, work permits and other necessary papers when forming teams
 

Results

Due to the implementation of the DELTA system:

The SpetsDorProekt company switched to electronic workflow management, which significantly increased the speed of filing and processing of acts, increased the reliability of information storage and increased the speed of information processing in many times. As a result, the speed of execution of orders at the facilities increased and the number of orders completed by the crew per shift increased.

The margin of erroneous data on service objects has decreased, thanks to the ability of the dispatch service to carry out a remote audit of the object in real time and respond promptly in case of inaccuracies found when filling out the electronic act of acceptance performed by an engineer at the facility.

The electronic dispatching office allows you to quickly respond to incoming requests and make the best decision to restore the functionality of objects, assign the team closest to the object to troubleshoot the problem.

Analysis of the work of all objects, employees, teams, departments - is much faster, which leads to a significant reduction in the time for analysts to make decisions.

During the creation of DELTA, the possibility of integration with third-party systems was also initially provided for receiving and issuing the necessary information, in order to make a system that is able to integrate with the existing system operating the city's organizations for data exchange.

DELTA is a modular, fault-tolerant, scalable integration platform for managing an organization's business processes. It continues to develop and modernize. At the moment, artificial intelligence algorithms are being developed for greater system automation and acceleration of work processes.

At the first stage of development of artificial intelligence, it is planned to shift the function of dispatchers to an automated system, taking into account information from service facilities, trackers, traffic conditions, external information systems.
